Can I pause my membership?
Yes — memberships can be paused once per quarter for up to 4 weeks. Just email us at least 5 days before your next billing date.
Do class packs expire?
Never. Class packs are valid indefinitely and can be used across all class types.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 4 hours before your class for a full credit. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the session.
Is the first class really free?
Absolutely — every new student gets their first class free, no card required.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
